About the role
This role is the first point of contact for customers needing desktop and IT help, handling enquiries by phone and email. You will join a technology services team supporting clients across Singapore and the region, and it suits someone who is independent, resourceful and comfortable troubleshooting under pressure.
What you'll do
- Provide first call resolution technical support over phone and email, answering calls and replying to emails promptly
- Carry out first level troubleshooting on reported incidents and escalate them to second level resolver groups following work instructions
- Send customers timely updates on outstanding issues within agreed service levels
- Own cases and follow up on reported issues until they are closed, recording complete and accurate information
