Perform electrical failure analysis and fault isolation on advanced semiconductor devices to find root causes and support product quality, reliability and yield improvement. Operate diagnostic tools such as photon, thermal and laser emission systems, and use layout and schematic information to model fail signatures. Understand physical failure analysis, de-processing techniques, fabrication processes and package assembly. Generate clear and timely failure analysis reports and work with cross-functional engineering teams. Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to improve efficiency and quality, and contribute to continuous improvement.
