This role sits in the Data & AI function at a long-established Singapore bank, where you will build and scale the bank's enterprise knowledge management capability. You will work with teams across risk, technology, compliance, HR and operations to set standards, operating models and practices that make knowledge trustworthy and ready for AI. It suits someone with deep governance or information management experience who can turn strategy into practical routines and drive adoption across a large organisation.

Partner with Group Risk Management to define and roll out the enterprise knowledge management strategy, roadmap and operating model.

Build implementation plans that move the bank from scattered repositories to trusted, reusable, AI-ready knowledge.
Develop business cases, value measures and adoption plans for priority knowledge domains.
Work with risk and other stakeholders to set knowledge governance standards, policies, controls and playbooks.
Define roles and responsibilities for knowledge owners, stewards, custodians, users and governance forums.
Design lifecycle processes covering creation, review, approval, publication, consumption, refresh, retention and retirement of knowledge.
Set review cadences, quality criteria, certification standards and escalation routines for critical knowledge assets.
Lead phased implementation across priority business and support functions, beginning with high-value domains.
Turn the framework into working routines, templates, control checkpoints, training and adoption materials.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery with risk, technology, compliance, operations, HR and business domain teams.
Drive change management and behavioural adoption while business functions keep ownership of their content.
Develop enterprise taxonomy, metadata and classification standards for knowledge assets.
Define standards for ownership, authoritative sources, versioning, confidentiality, effective dates, review dates and content status.
Improve how easily policy, process, control, risk, product, operational and technical knowledge can be found and reused.
Set information architecture principles for structured and unstructured knowledge repositories.
Define standards for AI-consumable and AI-trustworthy knowledge supporting Microsoft Copilot, enterprise search, RAG, knowledge graphs and AI agents.
Work with data, AI and technology teams to improve retrieval quality, grounding accuracy, source traceability and user trust.
Set criteria for content certification, knowledge freshness and trust scoring, identify authoritative sources and support controls that reduce duplication, outdated content and hallucination risk.
Define KPIs, maturity assessments and dashboards for knowledge quality, adoption, search success, freshness, duplication and AI readiness.

Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in information management, data management, computer science, information systems, business, risk management or a related field
10+ years of experience in enterprise data governance, information management, knowledge management, enterprise architecture, AI governance, digital transformation or similar
Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred
Proven track record of establishing enterprise governance frameworks and driving organisation-wide implementation and adoption
Ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps, playbooks, operating routines and measurable outcomes
Strong understanding of knowledge lifecycle management, taxonomy, ontology, metadata, information architecture and content governance
