Lead and manage a team of Service Controllers monitoring bus service performance in real time. Take prompt action to minimise service delays, disruptions and operational incidents, and coordinate emergency response and service recovery during accidents or disruptions. Optimise resource deployment through the Bus Management System and ensure compliance with operational procedures, SOPs, ISO requirements and regulatory standards. Analyse operational trends and recommend improvements, execute Business Continuity Management plans during major incidents, and lead shift operations including support during rail disruptions. Handle administrative duties such as staff rostering, claims processing and procurement of supplies.
