About the role

This role sits with the F&B social media team at Marina Bay Sands, based at Centennial Tower, supporting the social media presence of multiple restaurant brands. It suits a creative content producer who is comfortable shooting photos and video in restaurant settings and engaging with online communities. You will work closely with chefs, restaurant managers, marketing and communications colleagues.

What you'll do

Create and curate visually appealing content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Work with Property Marketing, Communications and the wider F&B team to produce content across restaurant brands
Shoot photos and video and produce graphics showcasing culinary offerings, ambience and guest experiences
Keep content aligned with each restaurant's brand guidelines and aesthetics
Monitor and respond to conversations on restaurants' social channels, including service recovery
Compile TripAdvisor and Google reviews and prepare weekly reports for stakeholders
Provide after-hours monitoring support from 6pm to 12am on weekdays and across weekends
Cover events such as guest shifts, opening parties and private events with photo and video
Produce post-event Reels and content promptly
Plan, execute and optimise social media campaigns for events, seasonal menus, promotions and partnerships
Schedule posts, track performance metrics and generate reports using social media management tools
Keep up with trends and best practices in social media marketing, hospitality and culinary industries
Handle administrative matters for restaurants' social media accounts
Act as the social media team's day-to-day contact for assigned restaurants
Coordinate with restaurant operations teams during social media shoots

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
1–2 years of social media management experience in hospitality and/or F&B
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, trends and marketing strategies
Able to run social media shoots with professional photo and video equipment
Skilled in photo-editing software and copywriting
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
