When
You will oversee compensation and benefits programmes, including health insurance, retirement plans and wellness initiatives, and ensure accurate processing of enrolments, changes and claims. You will also design performance appraisal systems, support employee relations and compliance with labour laws, and develop HR policies. Using HR metrics and analytics, you will prepare reports for the executive team and continuously improve HR processes. In addition, you will assist in recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies, and foster a positive and inclusive work culture through engagement programmes.
