About the role

This role sits within the Human Resources Division and focuses on the design, rollout and governance of the enterprise On-the-Job Training framework across Business Units. You will work with stakeholders to spot capability needs and build workforce capability through OJT programmes, while also handling learning analytics, reporting and government training grants where relevant. It suits someone with a learning and development background who is comfortable with project work, data and stakeholder engagement.

Design, implement and enhance the enterprise OJT governance framework, policies, standards and procedures.

Partner with Business Units to develop OJT programmes and build workplace learning capability by training supervisors, workplace trainers and assessors on OJT methodology, governance requirements and best practices.

Conduct Learning Needs Analysis to identify capability requirements and close skill gaps with targeted learning solutions and OJT programmes.

Co-manage end-to-end OJT programme administration, including enrolment, scheduling, competency tracking, documentation and certification, with Business Units.

Ensure accurate learning records in the SuccessFactors Learning Management System.

Build dashboards and deliver regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, including the Manpower Committee.

Drive continuous improvement of OJT methodologies, governance processes and digital learning tools.

Manage training grant and funding administration and compliance where applicable.

This is a 2-year contract position based in Singapore.

Requirements

University Bachelor's Degree
WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) and/or Workplace Learning Blueprint Development Certification preferred
Experience developing or implementing OJT frameworks and learning programme design
Experience conducting Learning Needs Analysis and curating learning solutions
Good project management skills covering timelines, milestones, risks and deliverables
Able to work independently
