F&B Service Supervisor - the kitchen table

About the role

You will lead the service team to make sure guests are well taken care of and service runs smoothly. Your duties include checking staff grooming, opening and closing the outlet, setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and locking up. You will also inspect storage areas for organisation and FIFO, do scheduled stock counts, and order supplies when needed. You will monitor the dining area for seating, service, safety and guest well-being, and raise work orders for repairs. You will also assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching staff, and act as a role model and first point of contact for staff concerns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 2 years of related work experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Able to stand, sit or walk for an entire shift
• Able to lift, carry, push and pull objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Able to move through narrow, confined or elevated spaces and use stairs or service ramps
