About the role
This is a two-month contract guest service role within a cluster of serviced residences, working closely with the Residence Manager to look after in-house guests. It suits someone with a positive, outgoing manner who enjoys front-facing hospitality work and is comfortable on rotating shifts.
What you'll do
- Serve guests courteously and handle their complaints, requests and enquiries efficiently and tactfully
- Answer all telephone calls promptly, within three rings
- Carry out cashiering duties in line with the residence's standard policies and procedures
- Build and maintain good relations with in-house guests and show a hospitable attitude
