Head, Logistics Performance

About the role

Lead the regional logistics performance team, owning the design, analysis and optimisation of rider payments and incentive strategies across multiple markets. Manage a large budget and a team of specialists and leads, covering rider payments and incentives, business planning, and real-time operations processes. Partner with finance, local logistics teams and product managers to define financial and operational targets such as delivery time, efficiency and customer experience. Drive the rollout of data science models, automated tools and new pay components like dynamic pricing and quest incentives. Champion process improvement and automation to reduce manual work and improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in high growth tech, logistics, strategy consulting or analytics
• Proven track record (3+ years) of managing and developing teams, including managing other managers
• University degree in STEM, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken
