About the role

Lead the design and running of a global sales and operations planning process for a fashion retail business. Chair cross-functional forums that bring together merchandise planning, logistics, ecommerce, production, finance and country teams around one shared plan. Establish decision rights, escalation paths and governance across HQ, regional teams, stores and production. Build a reconciled view of demand against supply, and own inventory health reporting with Finance. Define KPI and leadership reporting frameworks, and guide planning technology decisions alongside an ERP migration. Drive change and build planning capability across the organisation.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field
10+ years in supply chain, demand/supply planning or S&OP/IBP roles
3–5 years leading or building an S&OP process from the ground up
Experience working across planning, logistics, finance and commercial functions
Experience partnering with IT on planning system selection or ERP transitions
Track record designing governance frameworks and decision-rights models
