About the role
This senior role leads the Servicing and Transacting operations for Private Banking, covering loans, payments, credit documentation, reconciliation governance and data/MI. You will be based in Singapore and work closely with business, product, digital, credit risk and client experience teams to drive the CPBB agenda. It suits an experienced operations leader with a strong private banking background who can manage risk, governance and people.
What you'll do
Own and deliver the overall Private Banking Servicing and Transacting operations strategy against agreed KPIs and OKRs.
Take accountability for all decisions and activities under your responsibility.
Collaborate with business, product and digital teams to support the overall CPBB Singapore agenda.

Support and work with Private Banking Client Experience and Credit Risk teams to meet business objectives.
Oversee transaction processing for private banking loans, payments, credit documentation and financial reconciliations.
Drive continuous innovation and improve process and people efficiency through prioritisation and digitisation of manual tasks.
Lead by example to build the right culture and values, setting tone and expectations with your team and risk partners.
Ensure ongoing training and development so critical functions are suitably skilled, qualified and supervised.
Recruit, engage and retain high quality people, with succession planning for critical roles.
Review team structure and capacity plans, set job descriptions and objectives for direct reports, and provide feedback and rewards.
Proactively identify, assess, monitor, control and mitigate risks to the Group.
Deliver effective governance, oversight and controls, including for outsourced activities.
Oversee changes in these areas and maintain awareness of the regulatory framework.
Display exemplary conduct and embed high ethical standards across the bank.
Lead the team to achieve the outcomes in the Bank's Conduct Principles.
Identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Cross-collaborate with other CPBB functions and business teams on common agenda and OKRs.
Good to know
You will work with country stakeholders including the COO PVB Singapore, Regional Head PVB ASEA, Head of Client Servicing SG, Head Credit Risk SG, Chief Product Owner T24 and Head of CTM Singapore.
You will also work with Group stakeholders such as the COO Group SnT Operations and other partners.
Outsourced partners include the Head of GBS and Team SnT Operations and Head of GRU and Team.

10+ years of relevant experience in private banking
Strong financial services experience
Strong operational risk and change management experience
Process management skills
People management skills
Knowledge of fraud and chargeback
