About the role

Lead global training and enablement initiatives across Sales, Account Management, and BPO agent operations. Define and execute the enablement strategy, build scalable learning systems, and partner with Revenue Operations to improve onboarding and commercial performance. Manage and grow a team of enablement specialists and instructional designers across 15 markets. Oversee instructional design standards, learning frameworks, and the Learning Management System (LMS) and enablement tech stack. Track KPIs to measure enablement ROI and present insights to senior leadership. Collaborate with Sales Ops, Product, Marketing, and HR on global go-to-market strategies and new product rollouts.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, commercial training, or L&D operations
• Minimum 5+ years of direct people management experience
• Experience designing enablement programs for Sales, Account Management, and high-volume BPO agent operations
• Deep understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), instructional design, and adult learning principles
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and experience with enterprise automation systems such as Workday
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional, highly matrixed global settings and partnering with Revenue Operations (RevOps)
