Lead and oversee all hotel operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Engineering, Security, Spa and Raffles Boutique. Work closely with the Executive Committee and Managing Director to achieve financial, operational and service objectives. Drive guest satisfaction, luxury quality assurance and brand standards across every touchpoint. Mentor and develop operational leaders to build a high-performing, guest-centric team. Manage budgets, forecasts and operational expenditure in line with corporate governance.
