Housekeeping Manager, Nanyang Executive Centre (Hospitality)

About the role

You will set and maintain high cleanliness and organisation standards across guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces at Nanyang Executive Centre. You will lead, schedule and train the housekeeping team, manage supplies and equipment inventory, and handle departmental budgeting and P&L. You will also work with other departments to keep the guest experience consistent, ensure safety and health compliance, and help recruit new housekeeping staff. Pre-opening duties include setting up the housekeeping department, developing procedures and preparing the team for launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management or relevant discipline (diploma holders with extensive experience may be considered)
• Minimum 3-5 years of housekeeping management experience in a hotel
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations and standards
