When
You will manage daily housekeeping shift operations, including recreation and health club areas and laundry where applicable. You will inspect guestrooms and public areas daily to ensure they are clean and well maintained, and follow up on corrective actions. You will assign work, manage supplies and equipment, and help the department meet its budget. You will also train, schedule and supervise room attendants, handle guest complaints, and support employee recognition and satisfaction.
