Human Resource Officer

About the role

You will handle HR administration including employee passes, work permits, employment passes, and vocational licences. You will monitor contract renewals, process cancellations, and manage retirement, resignation, and termination cases. You will also coordinate Board of Inquiry proceedings, union appeals, and CPS administration. Additionally, you will organise orientation programmes and coordinate welfare support arrangements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources or administration
• Possess at least a GCE 'A' Level Certificate, Diploma in Human Resource Management, or equivalent qualification
• Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• A team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
