When
You will ensure that food and hygiene operations meet all required standards. This includes advising food handlers on proper practices and providing food hygiene training for new hires and trainees. You will identify risks in food operations and take action to fix them. You will also conduct daily kitchen inspections, vendor checks, and internal audits, and handle hygiene-related complaints. You will work with pest control and maintain hygiene documentation across the property.
