About the role
This internship supports airline customer accounts and day-to-day passenger services at an airport terminal. You will work with operations teams, airlines and service crew to keep check-in, gate and arrival activities running smoothly. It suits someone with some people management exposure and an interest in aviation ground handling.
What you'll do
- Act as the main operational contact for airline customers and hold overall account responsibility
- Manage daily passenger services operations at check-in, gate and arrival areas
- Ensure staff follow existing SOPs and deliver good service quality
- Ensure daily operational and irregularity reports are submitted and follow-up actions are carried out
