About the role

This internship sits with the Client Success Management team in Singapore, supporting the people who look after client relationships. It is a 2025 intake role, and the team prefers candidates who can commit to a longer internship. It suits someone organised and detail-oriented who wants hands-on exposure to client onboarding, account coordination and process improvement.

What you'll do

Help the CSM with onboarding new clients, including pulling together contractual requirements from the SOW
Schedule and coordinate kick-off meetings, both internal and with the client
Take minutes during meetings
Keep records accurate and track progress and client requests
Schedule and coordinate monthly and ad-hoc meetings for existing clients
Take minutes for those client meetings
Support project management matters
Help draft and contextualise monthly reports
Join the CSM bi-weekly cadence as minutes writer to learn more about the team's work
Update CSM team documents such as SOPs and the Client Profile Sheet
Suggest improvements to current CSM processes, then help document best practices and create SOPs
Gather client feedback to spot common issues and opportunities to improve existing processes
Extract logs for specific clients
