About the role
An internship with SATS Gateway Services at Terminal 4, supporting the training and service quality team that keeps airport passenger operations running smoothly. You will work alongside operational staff, helping to brief, audit and improve service standards across counter and gate areas. It suits someone who is observant, comfortable speaking to frontline teams and keen to learn how a large aviation ground handler operates.
What you'll do
- Run briefings for staff during quieter periods, using past cases as examples
- Carry out audit checks at the counter and gate using an existing checklist
- Watch ground activities and spot areas that could be improved
- Build and consolidate course modules that support operational and service excellence
