About the role

This role sits with HDB and focuses on reviewing the organisation's IT systems, processes and controls to surface cyber and data security risks. You will recommend improvements that strengthen IT governance, security and operational resilience. It suits someone with a technology or computer science background who can work independently and juggle several tasks at once.

What you'll do

Run independent risk-based audits to check whether internal controls are adequate and whether IT operations, systems and processes are reliable and sound
Build audit programmes, suggest improvements and write up audit reports

Requirements

Background in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline such as Information Security or Computer Engineering
Good knowledge of IT areas such as cyber and data security, systems and applications, infrastructure and network, and security standards or best practices
A team player who can also work independently
Strong sense of urgency
Able to multi-task
Good analytical, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
