You will support a team of relationship managers in delivering wealth management services to International Personal Bank clients. Your duties include executing client transactions for banking, credit and investment products, and ensuring they meet audit and compliance standards. You will handle client investigations such as statement reporting issues and pricing inquiries, working with operations and middle office teams to resolve them. You will also coordinate account maintenance tasks like address changes, phone number updates, account status changes, rates and fee waivers. You will arrange and join client visits, make service quality calls, and identify new business opportunities for referral to bankers or product specialists.
