About the role

This role sits with an insurer's recruitment function and reports to the Head of Recruitment. You will drive recruitment and manpower growth for one agency by designing schemes and initiatives that help agency leaders bring in and keep Financial Consultants and Wealth Managers. It suits someone with agency management or talent acquisition experience who is comfortable with data, policies and stakeholder work.

What you'll do

Develop strategic plans for one agency covering recruitment, retention and manpower growth through new initiatives, incentive schemes, marketing and events
Create platforms for agency leaders and Financial Consultants to engage potential candidates for recruitment drives
Monitor manpower trends using sales and manpower analyses and reports

Update policies to stay in line with company and industry changes and regulatory requirements

Run projects with Recruitment Managers and agency leaders to strengthen the recruitment value proposition

Drive recruitment of quality Financial Consultants and their productivity against key performance indicators, working with recruitment and business development teams

Plan, design and organise marketing communication, collaterals and events to support agency recruiting

Provide data management and analytics support on manpower, recruitment and new Financial Consultant productivity, and build dashboards for management reporting

Lead Manpower Development Managers and oversee departmental projects

Collaborate with Agency Cluster Heads and the Business Management team on manpower and recruitment growth for one agency

Good to know

Based in Singapore
Minimum 3 years of working experience in agency management or recruitment and talent acquisition related work
3 years or more experience in agency recruitment or business development with insurers
CMFAS certification is an advantage
Degree in any discipline

3 or more years in agency recruitment or business development with insurers
Degree in any discipline
Creative and analytical mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good presentation and negotiation skills
