About the role

This role sits within the HR team of a large healthcare and eldercare organisation in Singapore, focusing on employer branding and talent attraction. You will shape how the organisation is perceived by candidates and use recruitment data to improve hiring outcomes. It suits someone with a background in talent acquisition, employer branding or HR analytics who is comfortable working with data and communicating with senior leaders.

What you'll do

Define and communicate an authentic employer value proposition across digital and traditional channels, using real stories of care, purpose and growth to attract healthcare and administrative talent.
Build and manage talent analytics dashboards using ATS and HRIS data to track channel performance, monitor candidate pipelines, predict hiring bottlenecks and provide insights to executive leadership.

Map and improve the end-to-end talent acquisition process, embedding core values of dignity, empathy and respect at every touchpoint to deliver a strong candidate experience.

Design data-informed sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill community care roles, monitoring cost-per-hire, time-to-fill and candidate quality to optimise recruitment spend.

Work with Internal Communications to ensure the EVP resonates internally, supporting employee engagement, referral networks and retention.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Marketing or a related field
Progressive experience in talent acquisition, employer branding or HR data analytics
Experience developing data visualisation dashboards such as Power BI or Tableau and analysing recruitment metrics to inform strategy
Proven track record of executing multi-channel employer value proposition campaigns that improve talent attraction and candidate quality
Strong strategic communication skills with HR authority and empathy for community-driven work
