You will support the delivery of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives, partnering with business leaders and HR Centres of Excellence. The role covers day-to-day HR business partnering, talent management and employee engagement. You will advise business units on people matters, support workforce planning and hiring needs, and act as first point of contact on HR policies. You will also facilitate performance management, support compensation exercises and contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
