When
Lead a team of ground operations employees and work with internal and external business partners. Oversee daily operations so shipments are picked up, sorted and dispatched accurately and on time. Manage team performance including hiring, coaching, development and discipline. Monitor KPIs such as service quality, transit time, loss and damage, and cost efficiency, and take corrective action where needed. Plan and roster resources, manage the department budget, and drive continuous improvement. Prepare reports and updates for senior management.
