You will lead and coordinate the OpsWatch Unit, ensuring 24/7 operational monitoring, incident detection, assessment, escalation and reporting. You will manage duty rosters, shift coverage and handover discipline, including nights, weekends and public holidays. You will coach and develop Assistant Managers, and train the ATLAS system to improve incident and alert detection. You will also identify operational risks, lead process reviews, and coordinate with stakeholders during incidents. You must be comfortable working shifts, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
