When
You will support the organisation's leadership in planning, deploying and monitoring its corporate strategy and performance agenda. This includes coordinating the annual strategic planning and work-planning processes, managing the performance management cycle, and tracking and reporting corporate KPIs and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with senior management and departments to ensure timely data submission and quality performance reporting. You will also support strategic communications and serve as secretariat or lead coordinator for management meetings, retreats and selected corporate initiatives.
