About the role
This role sits within Mastercard Services, managing a portfolio of strategic B2B partners who use multiple Mastercard security products to reduce risk and prevent fraud. You will guide partners from onboarding through ongoing relationship management, acting as their advocate inside a matrixed organisation while driving revenue growth. It suits someone with partner success, product management or consulting experience who is comfortable working with data and senior stakeholders.
What you'll do
Track partner performance, product adoption, usage, satisfaction, service levels and revenue results, spotting risks and opportunities from feedback and operational data.
Use monitoring, troubleshooting and analytical tools to turn data into insights that guide decisions and future growth.
Set up a regular governance rhythm, including executive-ready quarterly business reviews, performance reporting, action tracking and escalation management.
Keep market and addressable-opportunity insights current to inform partner plans, prioritisation and strategic recommendations.
Act as primary relationship lead for a diverse portfolio of strategic B2B partners using multiple Mastercard Security Solutions products globally, especially in AP.
Ensure a disciplined handover from Business Development to ongoing partner management, speeding up onboarding, time to first revenue, product implementation and scalable adoption.
Align partner plans with wider Mastercard account strategies, particularly where end customers are supported by Customer Account Management or other Customer Success teams.
Work with Marketing to create collateral, resources, portal content, events, customer summits and thought leadership that strengthen partner engagement and enablement.
Develop and execute joint growth plans that expand partner relationships, increase product adoption and grow volume and revenue across existing and new opportunities.
Drive successful renewals and identify expansion opportunities across new products, use cases, end customers and markets, including Mastercard-influenced opportunities.
Engage regularly with partner stakeholders, including senior and C-suite leaders, to communicate value, review business results, resolve concerns and advance shared priorities.
Represent the partner's voice internally, turning feedback and market needs into recommendations that improve Mastercard products, services and partner experience.
