About the role

You will take on a non-clinical leadership role at NTUC Health, reporting to the Center Director and overseeing support functions that enable frontline care staff to meet residents' holistic needs. The position is guided by the Eden Alternative philosophy, promoting the facility as the residents' home and supporting their independence. It suits someone with proven leadership experience managing diverse operational and administrative teams in a healthcare or social services setting.

What you'll do

Oversee the design and curation of programmes that address boredom and loneliness among residents.
Guide the team in volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and building community partnerships.
Ensure residents participate in co-creation and are empowered to make choices in operational decisions.

Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, plus dormitory hygiene and living conditions for stay-in care partners.

Lead staff welfare initiatives and support training-related administration.

Ensure seamless non-clinical administrative support for the nursing team.

Manage regulatory applications and compliance, acting as primary lead for licensing audits and ensuring statutory and licensing requirements are met.

Design a seamless resident admission and discharge experience.

Oversee moving-in and living-in for residents, including admission referrals, pre-admission counselling, financial assistance processing, bad debt management, and engaging residents on lifestyle preferences, suggestions, or feedback.

Uphold service quality standards through feedback management, award submissions, annual resident satisfaction surveys, and fostering continuous quality improvement.

Lead, coordinate, and execute projects to enhance residential care quality and foster a vibrant, elder-directed community.

Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Social Services, Business Management, or a related discipline
Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing diverse operational and administrative teams
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised, able to oversee multiple portfolios including financial administration, program design, and regulatory submissions
