About the role

This role sits in the Workforce Outreach Division and focuses on designing, delivering and improving outreach programmes and digital platforms for groups such as senior workers, fresh graduates and people returning to work. You will handle programme management, funding governance and performance tracking while also supporting platform enhancements and user experience across physical and digital channels. It suits someone with strong programme or product management experience who enjoys vendor and stakeholder coordination and data-driven improvement.

What you'll do

Drive programme management for funding administration, governance and performance monitoring, ensuring delivery, funding compliance and timely outcome reporting.
Support review, scoping and implementation of digital platform enhancements to meet business and operational needs.
Gather business requirements, coordinate with users and vendors, and manage delivery of assigned digital initiatives.
Monitor platform performance, user feedback and operational metrics, and recommend service delivery improvements.
Support vendor management including project tracking, issue resolution and contract deliverables.
Design and implement user journey enhancements across physical and digital touchpoints.
Develop and pilot engagement strategies and career-related activities for diverse workforce segments.
Conceptualise and implement novel solutions to improve individuals' career health and support their career journeys.
Evaluate project outcomes and recommend refinements based on participation data and user insights.
Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure integrated delivery across platforms, programmes and outreach activities.

Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant experience in programme management, digital transformation, service design, product management, operations or stakeholder engagement
Experience managing vendors, budgets, stakeholders and concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience analysing data and preparing reports to support business decisions is advantageous
Experience with digital platforms, user experience or customer service initiatives is an advantage
Candidates without the required qualifications but with strong relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of events, programme and project management principles including physical, virtual and hybrid delivery
