Mixologist (Long Bar)

About the role

Support the Head Bartender in running the bar's daily operations and maintaining drink quality and service standards. Prepare cocktails according to set recipes, keep the bar clean and hygienic to HACCP standards, and manage stock and equipment checks. Deliver a warm, world-class guest experience, handle feedback and complaints, and help build a loyal following of regulars. Help train and guide bar colleagues, uphold grooming and safety standards, and support sales and cost-control targets.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in craft cocktail programs
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar setting
• In-depth knowledge of classic and international cocktails and spirits
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic POS systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Service-oriented with an eye for detail
