Officer, Service Relationship Manager (SRM) - C10 - SINGAPORE

About the role

Deliver wealth management services to Citigold and Citigold Private Client clients with guidance from the Banker teams. Manage and execute client transactions for banking, credit and investment products, ensuring they meet audit and compliance standards and are completed on time. Take ownership of client investigations such as statement reporting issues and pricing inquiries, working with operations and middle office teams to resolve them. Coordinate account maintenance and reporting, including address changes, phone number updates, account status changes, rates and fee waivers. Enforce banking policies and procedures while maintaining high client satisfaction, and arrange client visits and service quality calls. Identify and document new business opportunities for referral to bankers or product specialists.

Requirements

• 0-2 years relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Client facing experience
• Ability to multi-task with strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to problem solve and analyse data with attention to detail
