About the role

This internship supports business operations for a luxury group across South-east Asia and Oceania. You will work alongside Merchandising, Commercial and Logistics teams, helping keep stock and wholesale invoicing running smoothly. It suits a detail-minded student who enjoys analysis and coordinating with different teams.

What you'll do

Assist with stock management
Help with wholesale invoicing
Support retail excellence projects, including new analytics tools
Help with boutique operations support covering logistics and SAP
Assist with HQ project rollouts
Contribute to customer experience projects
Prepare reporting and analysis to support retail performance
Help improve reporting standards
Maintain the collection and pricelist handbook
Identify areas for improvement through analysis

Full-time internship running January to June 2027
Regional scope covering South-east Asia and Oceania
Based in Singapore

Requirements

Strong attention to detail, especially for operations and commercial KPIs
Analytical, comfortable with Microsoft Office and SAP
Results oriented
Good project management and time management skills
Effective communicator
