About the role

This internship supports the Store Planning team for the SEA market, helping coordinate boutique projects, refurbishment and maintenance across Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia. You will work with regional store planning, retail, visual merchandising, boutique teams, consultants, vendors and contractors to keep projects running smoothly. It suits someone with an architecture or interior design background who is organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently.

What you'll do

Help coordinate and follow up on assigned boutique design, refurbishment and maintenance projects against approved timelines

Manage routine and extraordinary boutique maintenance activities

Keep project documentation current, including drawings, layouts, quotations, reports and trackers

Support review of drawings and layouts to ensure they match Maison standards and approved requirements

Help track project budgets and maintain expenditure and quotation records

Prepare maintenance status reports for internal follow-up and management review

File and update project documentation, drawings, quotations and reports throughout the project lifecycle

Operate Maison systems and digital platforms such as SAP, YOOBIC, MSC Security and LGSM

Support SAP administrative work including purchase orders, quotations and invoices

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners so information and documentation are available on time

Assist with project reporting, meeting preparation, minutes and follow-up actions

Handle other ad-hoc duties related to store planning and project coordination

Covers the South-East Asia market: Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia

Requirements

Background in architecture or interior design
Initial experience in retail store planning, project coordination or a related field
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Able to build collaboration across departments and with different stakeholders
Able to work autonomously and proactively
