What you'll do
- Support vendor onboarding and keep vendor databases and contract records updated
- Work with the operations team to track vendor performance and escalate service delivery issues
- Help with contract renewals and keep procurement timelines on track
- Manage the full invoicing cycle, including invoices, quotes, purchase orders and expense reports, through to payment
- Oversee goods receipt and invoice verification so payments go out on time
