Drive 3D NAND process integration and the technology roadmap through advanced pathfinding and architecture enablement. Lead end-to-end development from conception to technology validation, including learning vehicles, characterisation and debug. Solve complex integration challenges using data-driven, AI-assisted and model-based approaches. Define and optimise module and process architecture such as electrical targets, process flows and design rules. Collaborate with Device, Probe, Test, Design and Operations teams to improve performance and yield.
