When
You will define and implement NAND Flash reliability test flows to assess product reliability and prevent reliability escapes. You will perform high-volume statistical data analysis to evaluate NAND DPM and intrinsic reliability risks and trends. You will drive electrical failure analysis and advanced characterization to identify root causes and solution spaces. You will develop short-term countermeasures such as targeted stresses and screens, and qualify products with control measures to deliver best-in-class DPM and cell reliability. You will work closely with Fab, NAND Technology, Design, Product Development, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams.
