When
You will develop and optimise advanced thin film deposition processes such as ALD, LPCVD, PECVD and PVD for next-generation memory technologies. You will design and run complex DOE experiments to improve process capability, uniformity and reliability, and perform root-cause analysis using modelling and characterisation techniques. You will work with integration, metrology and equipment engineering teams to solve critical technical challenges. You will also define technology roadmaps, lead strategic research initiatives, generate intellectual property and mentor junior engineers.
