Experience Some experience About the role This contract role sits within the Child Development Unit of the Department of Paediatrics, where you will support psychological services for children and their families. You will split your time between a funded research study and clinical service delivery, working alongside psychologists and a multidisciplinary project team. Administer study questionnaires and assessments to research participants
Score tests and handle documentation and administrative tasks for the study
Report significant clinical findings to research team members
Manage study data, including cleaning, participant records and database updates
Maintain study equipment in line with accreditation standards
Ensure the study follows its protocol, scope and regulatory requirements
Support other research activities in the division, including study coordination
Provide administrative and operational support to study team members and investigators
Carry out other division and project duties as assigned
Administer psychometric and developmental assessments for patients referred to the unit
Interpret assessment results accurately and in line with clinical standards
Document findings in the medical record system and write clear assessment reports
Propose recommendations based on assessment outcomes, in consultation with the supervising psychologist
Assist in delivering psychological intervention sessions
Co-facilitate group intervention programmes with psychologists
Help prepare and conduct parent talks
