About the role

You will be the front-line ambassador for the brand at Changi Airport, using upselling techniques to hit and exceed sales targets. You will keep shelves well-stocked according to visual merchandising guidelines and carry out daily housekeeping to keep the store clean and safe. You will process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash, credit and other payment methods. You will also stay updated on new products, promotions and duty-free regulations so you can advise customers properly. Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned.

Requirements

GCE 'N' or 'O' Level
At least 1 year of sales experience
Professional appearance
Positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
Able to read and write English
Able to stand for extended periods
