When
Clean and service guest bedrooms, bathrooms and associated areas to the hotel's hygiene and cleanliness standards. Re-sheet beds daily with clean linen, dust furniture, clean bathrooms, replenish guest supplies and vacuum rooms. Record serviced rooms and report any rooms that cannot be serviced. Handle guest enquiries and complaints promptly, and follow key signing and lost property procedures. Assist with stocktaking and special cleaning projects as required.
