Room Attendant (Hospitality)

About the role

Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitising bathrooms and replenishing amenities. Make sure all assigned rooms meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards before guest check-in. Keep corridors, carpets, furniture, lift landings and pantries clean and neat at all times. Maintain the housekeeping trolley with adequate supplies and handle the master key with proper sign-in and sign-out. Report room discrepancies, maintenance issues, safety hazards and lost and found items according to SOP.

Requirements

• No education required
• Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Team oriented with a positive attitude
• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
