Facilitate learning for both Pre-Employment Training (PET) and Continuing Education & Training (CET) learners through interactive seminars, workshops, coaching, and experiential learning activities. Design, review, and deliver industry-relevant curriculum in areas such as full HR functions, HR analytics and HR technology (AI), strategic and operational HR functions, industrial and organisational psychology, positive psychology, psychometric assessment, and socio-emotional counselling. Commit to facilitating at least 2 days per week.
