You will lead the Hospital's strategic planning, corporate performance management and policy development functions. This includes overseeing the annual corporate planning cycle and translating strategic priorities into actionable workplans and organisational initiatives. You will partner with leadership and Heads of Department to strengthen performance management through scorecards, performance reviews and data-driven decision making. You will also provide strategic insights through horizon scanning, business analysis, benchmarking and evidence-based research, and lead the development and review of corporate policies. The role oversees strategic reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders, and includes leadership of the SMO team and continuous improvement efforts.
