When
You will oversee the daily operations of an executive event space, making sure everything is presented to a premium standard. This includes coordinating event setup, execution and breakdown, conducting facility inspections and managing maintenance needs. You will host C-suite employees and VVIP guests, handle visitor registration and manage visitor movement for safety. You will also act as the main point of contact for client communications, run pre-event consultations and manage multiple events at the same time. Working with vendors and internal teams, you will respond quickly to issues and keep service quality high during peak periods.
