About the role

You will join the Delivery & Implementation team, which helps clients in the APAC region adopt a cloud-native banking and card processing platform. The role involves leading large client onboarding and implementation programmes for banks, fintechs and financial institutions, working closely with clients and internal teams such as Product, Engineering and Customer Success. It suits someone with deep payments or core banking technology experience who enjoys guiding clients through complex transformations.

What you'll do

Lead complex client onboarding and implementation engagements, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline and quality expectations.
Advise clients on platform capabilities, implementation strategy, API adoption and best practices.

Conduct advanced platform and API demonstrations, including deep dives into capabilities, implementation patterns and solution design.

Work with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable platform configurations and implementation approaches.

Establish and oversee delivery governance, including programme plans, RAID management, executive reporting and risk mitigation.

Drive resolution of complex implementation challenges, client escalations and ambiguous issues through stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to improve onboarding experiences, implementation processes and platform adoption.

Define, standardise and continuously improve onboarding methodologies, playbooks, frameworks and delivery best practices.

Monitor implementation performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and client satisfaction.

Good to know

At least 3 days in office per week, with exact days confirmed by the hiring manager.
Role is based in Singapore and covers the APAC region.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8+ years leading complex delivery, onboarding, implementation or technology transformation programmes
Proven track record managing enterprise client engagements and influencing senior stakeholders
Strong experience with API-driven platforms, including REST/JSON APIs, integration architectures and implementation configuration
Deep domain expertise in payments, card processing, issuer processing, core banking or related financial services technology
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
