When
You will handle general enquiries and appointment scheduling requests from patients and the public through the contact centre. You need to understand caller needs and provide timely, accurate information and assistance. You will book or reschedule appointments based on caller requests. You will also handle hotline administrative tasks such as emails, referral requests and emergency activation, and coordinate with other departments to follow up and resolve requests.
