您将做什么

确保酒店正常、高效和盈利地运营
监督前厅部各部门,包括接待、收银、电话、预订和行李服务
监督员工的行为和表现,并向客人展示积极的企业形象
提供迅速、礼貌和高效的客人服务,并机智圆滑地处理投诉
协助客人办理入住和退房手续
在 VIP 抵达前检查房间,陪同 VIP 前往其房间,并确保提供免费客房用品
将 VIP 抵达信息通知相关部门
在每班开始时检查日志中的信息并跟进
仅向授权人员发放钥匙
就咨询、预订和投诉发起通信
监控客房部差异报告并采取纠正措施
处理安全事宜,例如引导报告事件或盗窃的客人,并与保安部一起处理客人行为问题
根据预期入住率维护备用金
根据程序和信用政策,授权房价和房间变更、现金支出、现金预支和接受支票
培训接待员工,包括计划、组织和进行在职培训
在营业点经理缺席时对营业点进行抽查

至少拥有酒店管理、旅游或相关领域的大专文凭
至少 2–3 年酒店行业前厅部或主管经验
熟练使用 Opera PMS 或其他酒店管理系统
拥有酒店管理认证,如 CERT、卓越服务、领导力或运营方面的认证者优先
强大的领导力、沟通和解决问题的能力
以服务为导向,能够有效处理客人反馈和运营问题
